Please call the Home Stay directly prior to your arrival to make any necessary arrangements. Early check in and late check out is subject to availability and extra charges for one night will apply.

Once the booking has been processed, you will receive a Reservation Confirmation email that outlines a summary of your booking. Please review the information carefully.
Early Departures:
There are no refunds or credits issued for early checkouts.

A 100% deposit of the total room cost is required to secure your reservation.

- Securing a reservation with your deposit means you accept the terms and conditions of our Cancellation Policy.
- A 100% deposit of the total room cost is required to secure your reservation.
- Cancellations made for individual room more than 7 days from check-in date will receive a 100% refund of the deposit paid.
- Cancellations made individual room less than 7 days and more than 24 hours from check-in date will receive a 50% refund of the deposit paid.
